How do I commission you? What is the process?

Reach out to me on any platform that is listed on my strawpage or contact my discord: lunabuna2007! Tell me any information or details regarding the piece you may want, from there we will work out details/prices! Questions or price quotes are welcomed :-D100% of payment happens after you approve of the sketch! After the sketch is approved I will continually update you about the stage of your piece. (Lineart, coloring, shading, rendering) I will not work on your sketch until I receive payment! Edits to the drawing will no longer be made once coloring starts.PLEASE. do not be afraid to ask for edits during the sketch or lineart process. Its YOUR commission, I want you to be happy with the final product and do not mind making changes!!

Here are some things I will or wont do/draw! If you have any questions on any of these please feel free to ask away! Some may have acceptations but PLEASE ask, don't assume.

  • Suggestive (will not draw for anyone under the age of 18.)

  • Healed SH scars

  • Light blood/gore

  • Heavy Gore/Blood

  • Mech (acceptations can be made)

  • scenic backgrounds (acceptions might be made, please ask before hand with details)

  • Any extra characters will be an added 50% on initial base price. Exceptions can be made if the extra is small or insignificant to the piece.

  • Minimal shading or colored lines on flats are an additional $5USD.

  • For any acceptations on scenic backgrounds additional prices will range from $5-10USD.

  • Returning customers will receive a 10% discount on all future commissions! Thank you!

Miscellaneous!

This section is for other things i may offer that might not be the standard commission! All of the prices listed vary and will change depending on character design, expressions, movement, details, etc!! My base prices still apply to tweened animations but may differ, dont be afraid to ask for more details!
Please try to ignore the quality drops,,, If you're curious on full quality gifs or images please dm me :,-)Process for animated images are similar to regular comms however some payment will be 50/50 instead of 100% upfront to assure your comfort and both of our safety!

Things such as animation memes, full rendered tweened animations, OC/Fursona making, OC designing and more are options too! im willing to experiment on stuff that may not be listed here and put a price on it, just ask!Animation memes will vary from $75-100+ alongside rendered full bodies.

!!PLEASE!! keep in mind if you're ordering a tweened animation quality WILL/MIGHT drop if you plan to use or send it around as my canvases are usually big and take up file space :( we can always try to work around it though. You will always receive the full quality piece though!!

TOS + DISCLAIMERS

  • I have the right to cancel any commission at any given time for any given reason.

  • I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

  • I have the right to use your commission as an example or upload it to any of my social media pages. please let me know or ask if you'd wish me not to!

  • 100% of standard commission payment will be requested once you see and approve of given sketch.

  • Turnaround time is 1-5 business days up to 1-2 weeks. Turnaround time for animations are 2- 4 weeks up to 1-2 months.

  • Commissions are for Personal use only. Artwork may be used for PERSONAL use such as banners, profiles, at home posters, etc and may NOT be used for profit. Please let me know if you plan to use anything for commercial usage; there WILL be additional fees for commercial rights.

  • I own all rights to the art I make, using my work for any sorts of AI/AI engine IS prohibited and WILL be blacklisted if found out about.

  • Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

  • Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit

  • Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees.

  • Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.

  • In case of refund, you will refunded a fair amount based on the progress of your commission. (50% progress = 50% refund.)

  • Please try to be as communitive with me as much as possible as its important for my drawing progress! I ask many questions and show frequent updates, It is OK if you do not respond right away, just expect the commission process to be paused slightly if so.

  • If any changes happen after the lineart and coloring process there may be additional fees. Some exceptions may be made if the change is minor, please ask beforehand!

  • I am a VERY slow artist and often my motivation effects how quickly i can get a drawing done, if i feel as if I'm not very motivated i will notify you RIGHT away. Please be kind and patient with me as rudeness or impaitentness may make me cancel or decline a commission.

  • If you feel a commission is taking too long or i am lacking updates do not be afraid to ask about the progress, cancel, or even refund the drawing all together.
